{HHRMA~Bali} Secretary needen urgently

Global Expat is a newly launched recruitment agency in Bali.

Our client, a marketing company specializing in water-health related products, needs urgently :

Secretary

o   Experienced and able to work with little supervision

o   Outgoing personality

o   Good English written and orally

o   Computer literate, especially Excel – Internet literate

o   Detail oriented, reliable, trustworthy

o   Experience in bookkeeping

o   Familiar with MYOB system would be a plus

o   Good understanding of accounting, accounting degree not necessary

 

o   5 days * 8 hours per day + Saturday half day

o   Flexible in working hours, but overtime will be compensated with free time

o   Has own transportation (car or motorbike)

o   Very good working atmosphere

o   Growth possibilities within fast growing company

o   Interesting salary

Job Description :

o   Assists in all duties assigned

o   Answers all incoming calls and email communications

o   Prepares quotations for clients and orders for suppliers

o   Writes all invoices

o   Takes care of company's bookkeeping

o   Deals with international transfers

o   Maintains good relation with clients and suppliers
