Sheraton Lampung Hotel invites young, dynamic and qualified professionals to apply for the Food & Beverage Service Manager position. The Food & Beverage Service Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of a restaurant, bar or other dining facility. He/she handles a number of administrative functions, maintaining highest quality of food & beverage service standard and procedure, good managerial, communication skills and training and development.

Qualifications & Attributes:

·        Fluent in English written and spoken.

·        Indonesian/local candidates only.

·        At least 2/3 years experience in similar capacity from international 4/5 star resort/hotel.

·        Strong knowledge on Food & Beverage system and able to establish the standards for personnel performance and customer service.

·        High level of creativity, analytical and strong numerical skills.

·        Strong administration, managerial, organizational skills and problem-solving.

·        Able to manage multiple priorities effectively and changes with flexibility, timeliness and efficiency.

·        Strong leadership, empowerment skills, assertive, able to organize, detail oriented, self driven with strong initiative and enjoys working in a team environment.

·        Pro-active, enthusiastic, outgoing personality, excellent attitude, energetic, self starter, independent, responsible and confident.

·        Looking for new challenges in a 5 star hotel.

·        Has the ability to make sound decisions.

·        Excellent communications & interaction skills with both internal and external customers and computer skills.
