Dear valued partners in hospitality,   An international 5 star hotel in Jimbaran is looking for a HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER to lead the housekeeping team within the Hotel and Villa complex. The position is to be filled per immediately.   Position: Housekeeping manager   Requirements: Minimum 2 years of working experience as a housekeeping manager in a similar type of hospitality organization Minimum Diploma in hospitality / tourism school Excellent eye for detail (will be tested) Strong leadership skills (able to take disciplinary actions if necessary) Good organizing capabilities Inventory management skills Able to improve and maintain highest quality standards within the Villas, Hotel Rooms and Public Areas Good English communication skills Good customer relations skills Good training skills   Your attitude should include:   Self-motivated Commitment to excellence Guest-oriented Problem solving A confident, caring and motivational team leader   Since I only assist with this recruitment process, your CV's in English which MUST include your most recent photograph, will be forwarded to the Resident Manager and Human Resource Manager of the hotel.   Looking forward to receive your information as soon as possible.   With kind regards,   Barry Doesburg Management Consultant
