{HHRMA~Bali} Vacancy for Project Manager and Admin Development

 

Dear all members,

Due to expansion of the business purpose, we would like to invite highly motivated, dedicated, dynamic professional candidates to join our FUNtastic team in the following positions:

Project Manager

• Male, max 50 years old
• Min S1 majoring civil engineering/ management/ architect
• 5  years working experience in Hospitality
• Mastered the concept of regional development planning
• Able to organize & coordinate the Contractor / Subcontractors & all personnel involved in project implementation
• Master knowledge of project management, cost analysis, production planning, scheduling & project management skills
• Master of Project Development for the construction of the Property / Housing, from the beginning of Legality, Licensing Land, Planning & Control Engineering Construction Project Progress
• Have the ability to analyze images of construction
• Monitor and maintain the project time schedule
• Capable of handling consumer complaints resolution

Admin Development

• Male/Female with maximum age of 35
• Diploma or Bachelor degree from civil/design/architec  university
• At least 2 years experience in project administration
• Proficiency in written & verbal English is preferred
• Computer Literate and designing product.
• Good communication / excellent negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
