I am a french food and beverages specialist looking for a job in Bali . with more than 25 years of experience with the following set of skills :

* kitchen operations and management in 4 and 5 stars hotels (as executive chef )
* complete F&B dept management
* opening of 2 restaurants and 1 hotel 5 stars
* financial forecast ,operation plannings,creation of business strategy
* people development and full training BOH,FOH for team members
* good knowledge of all dept operations
* deep knowledge of Indonesian culture and market diversity

able to build whole operations from zero or take over hotel s F&B dept ,also create new concept.
