{HHRMA~Bali} french chef looking for job

 

dear all ,

I was executive chef for over 20 years , in restaurants and hotels , now looking for position in hotel or restaurant in Bali. skills as follow :
* cuisine : complete french ( traditional and new) , fusion , Asian,American texmex, very comfortable with seafood,good with traditional pastry and french bread.
* very creative and versatile with recipes.
* able to fully manage kitchen in all aspects ( staff,stocks ,SOPs,HACCP,menus,finances )
* opening experience of restaurant and hotel.

staying in Bali until the 2nd of December and ready to do food tastings
