Challenging position Assistant Director of Sales for a 5 star boutique style hotel - The Phoenix Hotel Yogyakarta - a member of  the MGallery,  a collection of high quality Accor Hotels with remarkable personalities.

This position is responsible for leading the sales effort of hotel, developing and implementing sales strategies in order to help the property achieve its goals.

To be considered for this role you must have leadership experience in sales and be comfortable confident in taking the lead and managing a team. An International background in a competitive environment preferred.
