TRAINEES COORDINATOR

 

Position Description :

 

This position is for handling trainees in house such as : recruitment, conducting

Orientation, conduct skill training for trainees, monitor trainee performance, prepare

Certificate and maintain relations with all trainees sources like hotel schools, universities

and other hospitality institutions.

 

Qualifications :

 

Candidates for this position is expected to have basic skills and knowledge as below :

1.       Teaching /training experience

2.       Good Computer skills

3.       Good Communication skills, especially good English

4.       Good personality

5.       Has Hotel Skills and knowledge is preferable
