Our client, 5 star Hotel in Surabaya, East Java is looking for:

DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING  

General Requirements:

§  Minimum 2 years as DOSM or strong Assistant DOSM at 4 to 5 star hotel with proven record in International branded hotels 

§  Must have full knowledge of Jakarta & Surabaya markets with a drive to growing business.

§  Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.

§  Aggressive, outgoing and self-motivating individual with pleasant and dynamic personality.

§  Excellent communicator in English & Bahasa. Additional foreign languages are a plus.
