• Male/Female max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Experienced in Product environment, preferable in Footwear, Eyewear, Wetsuit or Watches
• Strong understanding of surf business
• Have strong communications and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Financial related to nature of role
• Excellent computer skills [ Word & Excel ]
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to travel around the globe
