Maya Ubud Resort & Spa open vacancy for  ‘SENIOR SOUS CHEF’

 

Qualification :

§         Minimum 5 years experience in 5 star hotels/reputable restaurants.

§         Passionate and up to date with food trends

§         Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage

§         Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene

§         Preparing and managing buffet banquets at least for 50-100 guest

§         Good people management and communication skills
