.....Urgently Needed.....   A newly hotel which will be opening sometime soon in March 2013, featuring 60 (sixty) rooms facilitated with an all day dining restaurant which caters the Asian specialities and a roof-top lounge offering magnificent Central Jakarta's view and the best local gourmet, delicacies and beverages looks for a great highly energetic dynamic professional who craves challenging career and professional growth to strengthen our team as;   Human Resources Manager   Requirements: • Bachelor Degree from reputable university (Master Degree will be an advantage) • Min. 5 years of total working experience in HR function with min. 2 years of experience in managerial position • Highly experienced in full spectrum of HR Management : organizational development, HR procedures & processes, performance appraisal, compensation & benefit, Indonesian labour law & regulation, industrial relations, recruitment, coaching & counselling • Dynamic, result oriented, capable of achieving goals set by higher management • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill   Interested applicants are invited to submit comprehensive CV, expected salary & recent photographs SOON to: teguh@iamcore.co.id
