HEAD CHEF VACANCY

Requirements:

• Preferably male max 35 years old.
• A minimum of 3 years experience at same level.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and European cuisine
• Knowledge of food cost controls.
• Impeccable service standards, clean work habits and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead a staff and positively influence employee behavior.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to work a flexible time and schedule.
• Able to work under pressure.
