a well established company in Jakarta specialized is food catering ,is searching for an Executive Sous Chef .
minimum of 10 years of cooking experience in star rated hotel with a minimum of 5 years at sous chef level.
* able to lead large production teams
* able to handle workflow plannings
* HACCP competency
