Job Qualifications:
- Female/ Male

- Min. D3 graduated from any disciplineMin. 

- 2 years experience in operational planning & execution, especially in Marketing field, event organizer, PR, Media, 

  Advertising Agency 

- Have educational background in operational and strong negotiation and execution in the term of business Event Organizer, 

  MICE Industry (Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition)Budgeting skill and fast workingAttention to detail
- Speaks and Writes Good English

- Preferably having a good network

- Must have strongest self confidence and good communication skill

- Having good selling, presentation, and lobbying skill

- Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and negotiation skillIndependent, highly motivated, target-oriented 

  and have a good track record in salesHaving computer skill (Ms.Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, PDF)
