A new Unique Villas located in near Ubud, inviting you to joint their professional teams to fill in the following positions :

 

1.  Villa Manager

     Qualification :

• Male
• Relevant educational background
• Good presentation & Smart appearance
• Excellent Leadership Skill & Strong time management Skill
• Friendly, service oriented individual
• Excellent English both oral and written and any other language is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Work, Excel and Power Point, as well, good knowledge PMS(Property Management System) or any other of Hotel Operating System.
• Strong time management skill
• 2 years experiences in similar position at Villa or Boutique Hotel
• Has experience as Pre-opening Team is an advance

2.  Butler
     Qualification:

• Male, max 30 years old
• Single
• Previous experience as a Butler or Villa Attendant for a minimum of 1 year.
• Must be able to communicate orally and written in English and any other language is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, good knowledge in PMS or any of other Hotel Operating System
• Good team work, hard worker & able to work under pressure

3.  Front Office Staff

     Qualification:

• Male or Female max 30 years old
• Single
• Good Presentation and appearance
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Previous experience as a Front Office for a minimum of 1 year.
• Excellent communisation skills in English both verbal & written and any other language is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Work, Excel and Power Point as well, good knowledge with Hotel System e.g  PMS (Property Management System)
• Having good team work, self motivated & hard worker
• Experience in cashiering and handle night audit is an advance
• Able to drive a car  and has driving lisence is a plus
