are looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) to co lead a successful boutique villa resort  in jimbaran, bali

 

reporting directly to the GM of the villa resort, key duties and responsibilities include:

• managing operations and providing effective leadership across every department.
  
• proactively implementing and securing SOP's and seek for continuous improvement.
  
• responding to guest feedback promptly and ensuring appropriate follow up and communication.
  
• proactively lead by example and engage staff.

• are a natural leader who empowers and engages the teams through effective leadership utilizing a hands on approach.
  
• are motivated and career minded posses excellent communication skills in english (verbal and written) and come across a warm and genuine.
  
• have preferably you a few years of oversea experience in the hospitality industry.
