Villa in Seminyak seeking an experienced, confident leader-


Excellent in Customer Service & Communication Skills, supported by good English
-Strong knowledge in Hospitality & Customer Service and handling Customer's Compl
-Have some experience in building maintenance such as planning, supervising the project, finishing project.
-Organizational abilities, use of prioritization lists to set plan for the day and accomplish key goals for the customer, villa and staff.
-Capable of maintaining, analyzing and developing the quality standard of service
Knowledgeable in Operational & Management such as Controlling and managing the room forecast, Budgeting, Building Maintenance.
-Ability to lead staff in basic goals of organization, cleanliness, maintaining inventories, laundry and small maintenance.
-Leadership skills with staff in showing time vs. workload and accomplishment of goals
-Professional, clear communication to customers, staff and peers.
-Big picture planning 
-Ability to coach staff to exceed goals and and take on new challenges with minimal downtime.
-A successful candidate will be able to partner with staff and create a symbiotic feeling of "One Indonesia"
-Flexibility in scheduling to client needs is required.
