SALES & MARKETING:

( 1 ) Sales Executive

General Requirements:

- Has been in similar position for at least 2 years experience at the Hotel

3 – 4 Star

- Has a good communication skill and prefer to work as a team

- Has integrity, Maturity, Energy, Energize, Edge, Execute, Passion and able to work under pressure

- Excellent English verbal & written ( other language will be advantage )

- Computer Literate, VHP, excel, word, power point

- For DW – daily worker at least 1 year experience at the same position.

The successful candidate will be:

Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal skills to manage and motivate workforce
Coordination with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports.
Able to prepare of cost report updates and report generation for review by Management.
Performance of cost data processing and analysis in order to provide Management with project status, forecasts and definition of alternatives.
Excellent Computer Skills

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Reported to Financial controller, he/she is responsible for directing and overseeing the financial activities/ functions of the company including presentation of current financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts for future periods.

Qualification:

- Male or Female with minimum 3 years experience in the same field

- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections

- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills

- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality reports within tight deadlines

- Excellent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards Auditing

- Good knowledge and hands on experience of computerized accounting systems e.g.

- Ability to Providing value added recommendations to management on matters such as cost reduction, improving efficiency, effective use of resources, improving staff productivity and finalizing the year end audit with the auditors
