Junior Drafter
General Requirment
à Female/Male (max age 26 years )
à Able to work & flexible working hours
à  0-3 years of experience
à Attractive appearance
à English ( Speaking & Written ), Good communication Skills
à  Knowledge of Autocad and Procad 2D/3D modeling software (3d cad/3dmax/Sketchup, photoshop) 
à  majoring in ArchitectureID Technical diploma/certificate in Engineering Design & Drafting or Process Piping, 
Job Description
  • Provide drawing support for Engineering & Construction, Business Development and Regulatory departments
  • Prepare conceptual plant layout drawings
  • PFD & PID development
  • Assist in the development of standard drawings for plant equipment
  • Drawing control

Working environment:
 Office environment: Based at Office or field sites, with frequent travels to the field
 Travel: outside implementation sites is required. (This can be tiring, and the incumbent must demonstrate willingness and ability to withstand this)
 Others: works in very remote parts of , especially when visiting projects.

Driver 
Purpose of the position:
To provide effective transport facilitation to Office Program staff and management 
in order to attain the objectives of the company. 
In order to successfully do so, the Driver must be able to effectively communicate company 
purpose and demonstrate quality of commitment and integrity that that serves as an example to 
others
General Requirements :
 
Must be a mature, respectful and honest person of high integrity 
 Must be medically fit, preferably aged between 25 and 35
years.
 Must be flexible and able to adapt to abrupt changes in programmes at short notices.
 
Good communication and sound report-writing skills will be an added advantage.
 Should be quick in understanding, keen in taking instructions, and able to work with 
minimum supervision.
 Should be willing, ready and able to perform other duties as delegated by 
the immediate supervisor.
 Minimum of Secondary school education is preffered.

 Must have a clean and valid driving license of classes B, C, and Certificate of 
Good Conduct.
 
Basic understanding of community development concepts a must.
 Flexibility and ability to stand in for others when required to do so is necessary.
 Basic computer skills, especially in word processing and spreadsheets will be an 
added advantage.
 Good inter-personal, communication a 
must. 
 Basic motor vehicle mechanics a must; and possession of certificate in Motor Vehicle

 
Mechanics will be an added advantage.
Job Description
 To facilitate company staff using the assigned vehicle.
 To ensure cleanliness of assigned vehicle at all times when in use or otherwise and that the vehicle is in good condition before use.
 To carry out periodic checks on the assigned vehicle to determine maintenance needs and report accordingly and time.
 To drive carefully at all times and ensure safety of the passengers, other road users, and the assigned vehicle.
 To keep up to date vehicle mileage log.
 To indicate the vehicle fuel and service costs.
 To ensure all vehicle reports are done on a monthly basis and submitted on or
before the scheduled date.
 To stand in for Field officers while s/he is away.
 To assist in other duties in the office as assigned by the immediate supervisor when not undertaking transport facilitation.
Working environment:
 Office environment: Based at Office or field sites, with frequent travels to the field
 Travel: Driving long distances within and outside implementation sites is required. (This can be tiring, and the incumbent must demonstrate willingness and ability to withstand this)
 Others: works in very remote parts of , especially when visiting projects.
