HEAD CHEF
Candidate Qualification :
- min 2 year experience in similar position as sous chef at reputable villa
- Ability to lead kitchen according to the highest standards
- Strong training and communication skills
- Indonesian and International Cuisine
- Team work, dedicated, able to work long hours, hard worker and willing to work under pressure
- Good leadership, trusted and self motivated. Hard worker and willing to
work under-pressure. - Able to manage food cost and use computer
