Hotelbeds is a leading business-to-business provider for online travel solution to travel trade professionals worldwide. We would like to invite dynamic, committed and self-motivated individuals to join us as :
RESERVATION AGENT
Main purpose of this position is to assist clients with planing all detail of traveling and handle correspondence with timely manner and effiency in order to make the client most satisfied.
Key of responsibilities
1. Arrange booking
a. Plan the details of travel including arranging booking hotel, transportation and excursion for clients
b. Provide onsite support for train or cruise arrivals/departures when required
2. Customer service
a. Consistently provide the standard level of customer services and professionalism
b. Deliver excellent customer care through phone and email assistance.
3. Correspondence
a. Maintain client relation by managing with timely manner and accurate response.Investigate and solve any problems related to reservations
Personal requirements :
1. Tourism/hotel graduates
2. Adequate experience in hotel reservation or sales
3. Good English
4. Good communication and correspondence skill
5. Attention to details
6. Hard work, team player but able to work independently
