Designation : Manager/ Senior Manager – Comp & Ben and HR Analytics
Location : Mumbai
Work experience: 8 yrs +
Profile Summary
The position:-
- Will act as a Comp & Ben and HR Analyst for all the business units at the Company.
- Will be responsible for HR Budgets and Managing costs.
- Responsible to creating MIS dashboards ground up and overlook the automation of the same.
- Oversee the Payroll, HR operations, Benefits and Reporting/ MIS for the company.
- Will have a team of 2 managing the functions in the Job Description mentioned below
Job Description
HR Operations
- Ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, exits and terminations is accurate and timely.
Benefits
- Manages the administration of merit review process, incentive plans & stock plans
- Lead the analysis, design & delivery of key benefit programs.
- Formulate Benefits strategies & policies that support the attraction, recognition & retention of talents.
Payroll
- Responsible for implementing the company remuneration policies as per the state laws regarding payroll, benefits, leaves and holidays, tax, etc.
- Prepare reports regarding aggregate payroll, tax deduction, and submit them to the top management for periodical review.
- Handle statutory matters related to payroll like Income-Tax, PF, PT, and ESIC etc.
- Critically review and analyse current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operation
- Timely disbursements of salaries every month across the country
- Incentive calculation and disbursement
Cost Management
- Centrally Monitor and control all HR related costs
Reporting and Analysis
- Create reporting dashboard is various aspects of HR ground up.
- Human Resource process improvements and initiatives - Employee / Compensation data analysis, Payroll Interface, Human Resource process / Compliance related documentation, Exit Process & Attrition Analysis.
- Work on HR Reporting dashboards - Analyze the efficacy of current dashboards, conceptualize new dashboards, generate monthly dashboard reports
HR systems and automation
- Responsible to creating MIS dashboards ground up and overlook the automation of the same.
- Continuously improve the existing systems to improve productivity and reducing TAT.
Other profile requisites
-Team Player, Multi Tasker, Ability to Work under Pressure, Excellent with MS Office (MS Excel especially)
- Should have worked in a large organization and handled a similar profile for a minimum of 3 years
Education background: Post Graduate
