Food & Beverage Manager
Job Location: Nihiwatu Resort, West Sumba - NTT
· Indonesian citizen, Male/Female, 25-38 years old.
· Comfortable spending extended periods of time in a remote location.
· At least six years experience in F&B Department with progressive growth in addition to Hotel/hospitality Management School with at least three years in a Management position. Kitchen/Stores/Financial background preferred.
· Have sound knowledge of food & beverage products.
· Have refined skills in public relations.
· Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office software, Stock Control System; POS System.
· Candidate must be aware of Management functions and have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and guests.
· Ability to manage section heads, supervisors and staff must be apparent.
· Must be able to check cost control reports and be fully aware of the internal organisation of a catering department of a resort.
Accountant
Job Location: Nihiwatu Resort, West Sumba - NTT
· Indonesian citizen, Male.
· Comfortable spending extended periods of time in a remote location.
· Minimum D-3 in Accounting, a first degree in Finance would be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
· Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office software.
· Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Having a good team work, self motivated and hard worker.
Engineering Supervisor
Job Location: Nihiwatu Resort, West Sumba - NTT
· Indonesian citizen, Male.
· Comfortable spending extended periods of time in a remote location.
· Responsible for the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the engineering division.
· Maintain all equipment in perfect working order. Also, ensure correct operation of machineries and equipments by subordinates.
· Handles crew in making major repairs to the electrical system.
· To carry out preventive maintenance of: water heater, cold and hot water, AC Split, cold storage, kitchen equipment and room refrigerator, fire extinguisher, pump, fire hydrant.
· Involve in sanitary and waste water disposal system and saving energy program
A recent photograph and salary expectation is mandatory.
