Executive Assistant Manager
Centara Wuku Resort & Spa are looking for a dynamic, able to work in a team of talented professionals, a passion for people and their work, strong hospitality backgrounds and ready to be a part of a very exciting and innovative company
If you possess these skills then you are the right person to join our expanding team at Centara Wuku Resort & Spa :
Executive Assistant Manager
- Having Front Office , Housekeeping and most of room experiences
- Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
- Strong team leader
- Pays attention to details good in manage operation
- Ability to communicate in English
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
- Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
- Must have good presentation skills
Director of Sales Marketing
- Indonesian nationality (male or female)
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales field in International Hotels (experience in Hospitality industry is a must) preferably in Bali
- Experience with local contracting in all market segments
- Able to coordinate & lead a Sales team
- Good as Hotel sales representatives good relation with potential clients in business, government, convention groups, travel agencies
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
- Expand a sales team, provide leadership and be responsible for maximizing sales in line with the company's vision and values.
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the relevant market area.
- Must have strong leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force along with the ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic property market.
- Must have interpersonal skills, possess the ability to command respect and have the commercial intelligence to initiate and conclude business deals.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
Sales Manager
- Indonesian nationality (male or female)
- 4 or 5 star Hotel background preferable with Bali experience
- Up-to-date with current sales trends of destination
- Experience with local contracting in all market segments
- Able to coordinate & lead a Sales team
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
Front Office Manager
- Indonesian nationality (male or female)
- 4 or 5 star Hotel background (villas and resort experience)
- Experience in similar position for minimum 3 years is a must
- Good command of English
- Good organizations skills & works well under pressure
- Strong team leader
- Pre-opening & Bali experience is an advantage
Food and Beverage Manager
- Experience as high caliber F&B Supervisor & Asst. Manager in 5 & 4 star hotel & fine dining
- Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
- Has a passion for food & beverage and its trends
- Pays attention to details and good in manage operation
- Ability to communicate in English
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
- Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
- Must have good presentation skills
IT Manager
- At least 2 year in related field.
- Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
- Pays attention to details
- Diploma in computer is advantage
- Ability to communicate in English
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
- Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
- Must have good presentation skills
Driver
· Ability to communicate in English
· Able to drive very well
· Having Drive license from Police
· Well organized in handle the car
· Familiar with all access in Denpasar, Kuta and Nusa Dua Area
· Good attitude, well groom, energetic and highly motivated
