MARKETING MANAGER (MM) Key accountabilities and requirements: · Male/female, 30-45 years old. · S1/S2 degree graduate of reputable university, major in Business Management with GPA of at least 3.5 in scale of 4.0. · Have at least 5 years working experience in real estate or related field. · Experience in marketing planning methodologies & processes and branding support development. · Experience in promotion field, sales & promotion report, product launching, event, is a plus. · Hard worker, high attention to details, good personality and performance, initiative and innovative with high spirit for new challenge, broad networking and communication skills. · Able to generate new clients, possess basic selling techniques, negotiation, & well presented. · Able to manage marketing team operations. · Strong leadership with sound managerial competency and goal oriented drive. · Be proficient in making business presentations. · Languages: English, fluent writing and oral. · Computer literate (MS Office, Internet and email). · Able to work on public holidays. · Preferably Bali based. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EA) Key accountabilities and requirements: · Male/female, 27-33 years old. · D3/S1 degree graduate of reputable university, with GPA of at least 3.0 in scale of 4.0. · Have at least 3 years working experience in real estate or related field. · Experience in managing executive’s schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, communicating with board members, and general administrative tasks. · Experience in helping coordinate Office Services activities in a cost effective and responsible manner, including managing the office stationeries and general office maintenance, conference room set-up, and providing reception service. · Hard worker, high attention to details, good personality and performance, initiative and innovative with high spirit for new challenge. · Languages: English, fluent writing and oral. · Strong command of MS Office, Internet and email. · Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to work independently. · Able to work on public holidays. · Preferably Bali based HUMAN RESOURCES & GA MANAGER (HRGA) Key accountabilities and requirements: · Male/ Female, age range 30 â€" 45 years old. · S1 Graduated of reputable university, major in Law/HR Management with GPA of at least 3.50 in scale of 4.00. · Industry background especially in Real Estate / Advertising / Management. · Minimum 3 years experience in similar position. · Experience in HR functions such as Training & People Development, Jamsostek, Benefits and Compensation, Job Analysis and Evaluations, and understanding in GA (general affairs) matters. · Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and positive attitude. · Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. · Proficiency in written and spoken English. · Preferably Bali based. |
