GUEST SERVICE MANAGER

Job specification :

1.      Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

2.      College degree of four-year study, preferably hotel or restaurant management and/or business administration.

3.      A minimum of four years’ experience as a line employee, preferably in Rooms.

4.      Experience as manager or assistant manager in one of the following areas: Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, or Reservations.

5.      Two to three years’ management experience required at an assistant department head level.

6.      Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Fidelio, Lotus, Microsoft Office and knowledge of basic financial operations.

7.      Strong people skills, communication skills and the ability to work as part of a productive team.
