Office Administration Assistant.
RESPONSIBLE:
· Corporate Assistance (Reporting, Filling, and Administration)
· Provide Market share analysis daily and monthly figure for all hotels ( Business Unit )
· Arrange Management Meeting and make a minute meeting
· Control application of associate and shareholder rate and discount policy
. Record the balance of annual leave of all general manager of all premises
. Office stationary control
. Responsible with all necessary office administration
. Daily coordination briefing
.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Age max. 30 years old
· Education minimum DIII from any Major
· Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task
· Having work experience in the same field min. 1 year
· Good looking, interpersonal, and communication skill
· Having good logic & analytical ability
· Highly motivated, initiative & team player
· Computer literacy
