BLUE KARMA STUDIO Looking for :

Secretary with Accounting Background.

Job Description :

· Managing diaries and making appointments

· Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings

· Maintaining filing systems

· Using various computer packages – world, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Requirements:

· Female

· Education Min. D1 or higher in related field

· Positive attitude towards resolving problem.

· Energetic, creative, communicative and persuasive & Fluency in English.

· Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality of all information.

· Have knowledge in Bookkeeping and Record keeping in accounting.

· Experience min. 1 year.
