• Assist the Retreat Program Leader to manage activities, including yoga and tour program
• Build good communications and give explanation to guest regarding with the program activities
• Assist the Retreat Program Leader to manage the schedule well
• Make budget, budget control, and report to accounting head
• Give suggestion or consideration to Retreat Program Leader to develop the program better
• Build and maintain relationship with all parties (Zen Jiwa Raga, Botanica Day spa, Kumara Sakti, bridges Bali restaurant, outsources drivers, and other business/parties related) in regard with program itinerary
• Courtesy to the Retreat Program Leader to succeed the program, including the preparation of yoga hall, hospitality with the guest, cooperate with other staff, etc.
• Coordinate with Kumara Sakti’s supervisor to ensure the surrounding of Kumara Sakti resort is well maintained (including the plants, services, etc)
• Coordinate and send report to the management of Oneworld Retreats and Zen Jiwa Raga
• Keep a high awareness and sensibility of what need to be prepare or handle to ensure the guest’ satisfaction
