1 Villa coordinator for Boutique Villas complex We are recruiting now and if you live in Canggu Area we won't to hear from you as this positions requires the candidate to understand the local area and traditions. As a Villa Coordinator in our business, you would oversee and lead a team of people working within our Boutique Villa complex in Canggu area. It will be your role to plan and implement the perfect service we offer to our Owners/Guests. You will need to network and build strong Community relationships with our Owners/Guests, regularly supervise employee performance and report to Area managers . Ensuring that requests/complaints, delivering performance reports, weekly reports and meetings and setting short term and long term priorities is a key part of the role. You will also leader of your team to deliver great service by providing support to all staff within complex. Previous experience in the hospitality Management sector is essential.
