ACCOUNT PAYABLE
Key responsibilities :
Accounts payable :
- Handle daily invoice processing
- Ensure all payments are made in compliance with company policy
- Liaise with procurement team on all payment issues
- Develop procedure to enhance internal control process
- System enhancement
Treasury
- To manage cash flow at the optimal level monthly
- Liaise with bank for all administrative matters
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in accounting with a min of 4 years financial experience in the manufacturing
Good communication skills in both oral and written English
Good influencing skills are essential to coordinate the financial activities in a diverse and complex organization
Proficient in using Excel various functions is a plus
Willing to be placed at Gianyar Bali.
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum of age 35 years old
- Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable Academy/University majoring Business, Management, and Accountings
- Experienced in the same position at least 3 years
- Experienced within garment, textile, and manufacturing will be highly regarded.
- Having experience in Finance & Investment, Cash Flow management, banking, leasing, L/C application, payment process in general Excellent in computer skill.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must for daily communication with overseas parties.
- Able to take responsibilities seriously; work under pressure, hardworking & result oriented, strong leadership skill as well as being an active team member
- Willing to be placed at Gianyar Bali.
