Strong understanding of Indonesian rules, regulation, laws in     HR area,employees relations skills & General administration ~. Good in coaching skills & interpersonal skills ~. Collaborating with Managers to facilitate HR management     program ~. Be able to handle matters relating to expatriate ~. Work with Managers to facilitate individual training &     Development ~.
