An international 5 star hotel in Jimbaran is looking for a HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER to lead the housekeeping team within the Hotel and Villa complex. The position is to be filled per immediately.

Position: Housekeeping manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a housekeeping manager in a similar type of hospitality organization
• Minimum Diploma in hospitality / tourism school
• Excellent eye for detail (will be tested)
• Strong leadership skills (able to take disciplinary actions if necessary)
• Good organizing capabilities
• Inventory management skills
• Able to improve and maintain highest quality standards within the Villas, Hotel Rooms and Public Areas
• Good English communication skills
• Good customer relations skills
• Good training skills
