General Requirements:

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Bachelor degree from Law or Psychology is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in the same position within hotel industry
• Proven leadership, management of workforce and training skills
• Good English, both written and spoken and computer skills
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, and dynamic
