PMA Wooden & Bamboo Factory – Klungkung will expand their production by the end of this year
Need an OPM (Operational Manager) with qualifications :
Ø Male (min age 34 years old)
Ø University Graduated from Technical Mechanical Engineering background
Ø Able to commence work as soon as possible after interview.
Ø Able to work flexible working hours
Ø Job location in Ketewel - Klungkung
Ø Active to solving problem, cooperative and able to manage workers
Ø Management Experience for reporting, budget cost.
Ø Minimum Experience 5 years in OPM of woodworking / Bamboo (additional)
Technical Abilities:
Can operate Moulding Machine in over than 5 years
Daily production at least 8 Cubic per day
Welcome from any PIKA- Semarang graduation or other expertise in 10 years
Good in Production (Processing, maintenance, HSE – health, safety and environment)
Good Command of English (both speaking and written)
Able to manage inventory, purchasing, shipping, and logistic.

Responsibility:
As a key position within the Factory Department’s structure, this role will be
accountable for the day to day operation of the factory supervising, inventory and
treatment.
The role is directly accountable to Managing Director. Key responsibilities relate to
the Bamboo treatment, inventory product, product shipping, logistic and other related
with factory.
Salary Range: start from 7 million – 10 million Rupiahs

· Probation period 3 months
Personal Assistant
General Requirements
Ø Understanding of, and sympathy with, the mission and goals of the PT. Indobamboo
Ø Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a personal assistant capacity;
Ø Very strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ø Excellent multi-tasking abilities including Basic Accounting
Ø Articulate, diplomatic and responsive;
Ø High level of discretion required when dealing in confidential matters;
Ø Strong organizational savvy;
Ø The ability to speak multiple languages is a major plus;
Ø You must be comfortable in a highly collaborative, consensus-oriented environment.

Responsibility:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Executive Director (ED) in all
Required day-to-day activities including scheduling, booking travel, drafting
Correspondence, coordination of meetings, and other duties as required
Salary Range: start from 3 – 4 million Rupiahs
