Dear colleagues,
I just want to share with everybody to be serious when you apply a job :
* When you apply, please make sure your mobile phone number is reachable & contactable, not turn off all the time or even give the wrong number
* When you apply, please make sure your e-mail is also contactable & always reply the e-mail regardless you are accepted or not in regards to say thank you & being polite
* When a company confirms your application, means you are accepted, please make sure all your mobile phone number & e-mail are contactable, it is not just gone & not able to be contacted at all
* As a company, make sure when you commit to give answer whether accept the staff or not, please send your e-mail to the staff that you accept or not, it is not just like pending for long time without any confirmation
* When both sides agree to work together by signing on Contract Agreement, please make sure both sides commit with Contract Agreement with 3 months probation, it is not like when you are accepted but suddenly you don't show up on the day you start working OR company cut the Contract Agreement in the middle without reasonable reason (no business comes instantly like opening on-street side shop)
* Please be objective for both sides when you double check the reference on CV or from previous jobs, most of the time reference is not objective, get the information from 3rd party as many as possible would be the most objective measurement for you to decide whether you accept or not. The interview results, your feeling during interview & your experiences will be important additional points to decide whether you accept the person or not.
I share this for all of us to be professional, objective & wise mature person when we have to apply the job OR when you have to decide to accept one person to be your staff or not. I wish my share would be beneficial for everybody & I apologise for any words that you might not accept it. Thank you.
