Hotelbeds is now searching for potential candidate as

Sales Manager (Hotelextras Manager) for excursion department

Job Description :-

· Proactively measure and review the performance of sales team against sales target, constantly challenging and identify areas of improvement.

· Manage staff motivation and development to improve sales skill and target achievement.

· Suggest a competitive sales campaign to drive sales activities.

· Search new suppliers including maintain relationship with suppliers.

· Search new opportunities of business for the tour desk business.

Qualification :-

· Degree in Business administration, Marketing or any related fields.

· Age 28 – 35 years.

· At least 5 years of experience in sales and 1 year in supervisory level.

· Good English communication.

· Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skill.

· Good team management with pleasant personality.

· Dynamic, flexible, with the can-do attitude.

· Able to work under pressure; responsible and service minded.
