- SOUS CHEF / SENIOR CHEF de PARTIE
Qualification :
§ Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable catering establishment.
§ Passionate and up to date with food trends
§ Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage
§ Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
§ Preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guest
§ Good people management and communication skills
§ Indonesian nationals only need apply
