Position: Head –HR (Generalist Role)
JOB DESCRIPTION
KRAs:
• Act as a responsible business partner and ensures HR support towards meeting overall business goals of the circle
• Talent Acquisition - Approve the acquisition strategy to ensure attainment of relevant and best talent.
• Training and Developing in-house Talent.
• Talent Retention - Ensure specific initiatives to retain critical & valued talent across levels.
• Employee Engagement & Development - Ensure people development plans are created & executed such that employees are engaged and demonstrate Co Brand values, effective internal communication & branding.
• Operational - Driving process, policy, reporting compliance, drive employee relations initiatives, interact with the Corporate office on matters pertaining to transfers, promotions, separations, appointments etc and approval of MIS & corporate reports
• Admin/Employee services & facilities - Create office Infrastructure and to ensure that office environment is compliant with health, safety and hygiene norms.
• Compliances & Alignment – To ensure that HR capability and effectiveness is strengthened at UP-East circle through alignment with national processes and to ensure no non conformance in HR Statutory compliances.
• Responsible for overall direction/consultation and approval of all HR related matters.
Candidate Pre-requisites
• MBA HR with relevant work experience of 13 – 16 years. Preference will be given to female candidates.
• Well rounded HR generalist experience in large set up.
• Strong HR concepts & process orientation and strong Leadership Skills
• Strategic & operational competence.
• Ability to partner business & consultation skills
• Effective internal & external Communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Candidates located in and around Lucknow or willing to relocate to Lucknow will be considered.
