Dear partners in hospitality,

A luxury Villa complex in Seminyak is looking for a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER.

The position is to be filled per immediately.

Position: Financial Controller

Requirements:

Experience in the same position
Good English skills, spoken and written
Good team player
Able to work with deadlines
Strong leadership skills
Knowledge of the VHP program is an advantage

Responsibilities include:

Implement and maintain the company's policies and procedures
Day-to-day financial administration
Monthly, quarterly, forecast and budget reporting
Control expenses in relation to revenues as per approved budget for achieving maximizing profits
Mentor and motivate subordinates
Manage local tax compliance issues
Ensure all contracting activity is subject to appropriate quality control and review procedures
Work closely together with GM and owner
