Taman Bhagawan is seeking for qualified candidates to fill current available position of :

CHIEF ENGINEERING

Responsibilities:

· Oversees the Engineering Department which is responsible for maintaining the general condition of the entire Company property with regards to all aspects of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, landscaping, refrigerant and painting work.

· Will develop, coordinate and monitor a all maintenance program to ensure safety and comfort for all staff and properties.

· Oversees the maintenance request work order program to ensure it is executed in a timely and complete manner.

· Oversees daily engineering work assignments. Oversees special projects assigned periodically by the Director.

· Responsible for keeping the physical plant functioning flawlessly and the property looking new.

· Supervises, trains and manages all Engineering staff.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a hotel and conference center or related field, college degree or technical training preferred

· Supervisory experience required

· Must have knowledge of methods and materials used in general building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, building and electrical unit

· Experience in office procedures, ordering materials and securing bids required

· Must have valid driver's license

· Knowledge of department budget preparation and budget controls

· Strong detail orientation, ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines necessary

· Proficient with MSOffice (Word, Excel)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
