1. Receptions (M)
2. Guest Service Assistant (M)
3. Front Office Supervisor (M)

General qualifications:

• Candidates at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in a 4/5 star hotel
• Candidates have strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
• Excellent command of English. Speak other foreign languages will be an advantage
• Problem solving and complain handling skills
• Knowledge of Power Pro system
• Well-groomed, discipline, personable and have an excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure, multitasking environment
• Able to join immediately.
