An International Child Development Organization, located in Manado, North Sulawesi, invites
applicants for the following positions:
 
           - Partnership Facilitator (PF)                 -  Business Service Supervisor (BS)
           - Training Manager (TM)                       -  Program Evaluation and Research Specialist (PS)
           - Training Specialist (TS)                        -  Sponsor and Donor Service Associate (SA)
          -  Project Auditor (PA)                             -  Information Technology Specialist (ITS)
          -  PF Supervisor (PFS)                              -  Human Resources Associate (HRA)
          -  Partner Preparation Specialist
 
General Qualifications
* Indonesian citizenship (All position)
* Wiling to be based in Manado (All position)
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral (All position)
* Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint (All position), preferably Microsoft Access (SA, HRA)
* Mature Christian person (All position)
* Good leadership & management skill (PFS, TM, PPS, BS, PF)
* Bachelor’s degree. Field-related Social Sciences, Management, Communication, Child Development (PFS, PPS, PF, TM, PS), Administration, Accounting or Management (PA,BS), Administration, Management, English Literature (SA, HRA), Information Technology (IT)
* Min 2 years working experience in NGO/ Community Development (PFS, PPS, PF, TM, TS, PS), Administration (SA), accounting or auditing (PA, BS), HR principle & practise (HRA), system administrator in Microsoft Environment (ITS)
* Ability and willingness to travel and stay at remote locations, even within potentially hostile environments (PFS, PPS, PF,TM, TS, PS, PA)
