HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HRM)

• University / Academy graduate in relevant field. Law or Psychology background is prefferable
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR Field with Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial skill
• Ideal candidates should be between 30 – 40 years of age
• Reliable & Proactive skills and attitude in solving problem, managing conflict & making decisions
• Good at Industrial Relation(IR) skill & experience in holding any IR issues
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law
• Hardworking and Enable to work within a team
• Posses good interpersonal and communications skill & good command of English
• Effective leadership qualities skill in managing Team or assigned project team
• High personal drive and commitment to improve processes, controls and develop people is imperative

 SECURITY MANAGER (SM)

·         University / Academy graduate in relevant field with at least 2 years experience in the same position

·         Master in conducting any safety & security Training

·         Has good & strong relationship with local enforcement officials

·         Strong leadership with experience in developing and leading a department team is necessary

·         Hard/ smart worker, self motivator and able  to work in a challenging environment

·      Right personality towards the role and responsibility

·         Good communication skill & good command in English ( Verbal & written )

·         Can work under pressure and meet the company standard & requirements
