Karma Kandara is currently searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to be part of our team, for the following positions:

1.     Concierge (Guest Relation Officer)

2.     Bell Driver

3.     Waitress/ Waiter

4.     Reservation Staff

5.     Income Auditor

General Requirements

·         Possess at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent (1-4) in Finance/ Accounting (5)

• Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 2 years in relevant field (1-5)
• Able to drive a car and posses a valid driving license (2)
• Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication (all)
• Excellent command of English communication (1-5); Speak other foreign languages than English will be an advantage (1)
• Computer literate, preferably with Windows applications such as Word and Excel (1,4,5)
• Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera (1,4)
• Well-groomed, personable and have an excellent customer service skills (all)
• Detail oriented, high accuracy, well organized and strong analytical skills (5)
• We also open the opportunity for Students to work as Daily Worker on high season or on special events (3)
