Qualifications: MBA
Person Profile
* Excellent communication skills, Aggressive & Ambitious
* A hunger to prove themselves
* Sales and delivery oriented
* Ability to develop relationships & stand up to authority
Experience : 4-8 years of experience
If you have a `fire in your belly', the willingness to learn and lots of COMMON SENSE …. then background and recruitment experience is not relevant…

Role and Responsibility
* Contribute strategically for Sourcing and Client Development, to spearhead the continuous growth of the company.
* Providing a strategic thrust to building a good client pipeline and deepening the existing relationships
* Closing the entire Recruitment Cycle w.r.t. to Client Development, Understanding Requirements, and Screening appropriate profiles. i.e.
* Guide the team in sourcing through headhunting, advertisements, networking, leads & other referrals.
* Create a niche and a mark in the industry
