Bali Adventure Tours is a long established Bali tours operator with world class activities ranging from river kayaking, white water rafting, jungle trekking Bali and mountain cycling as well as world class facilities such as the renowned Elephant Safari Park where you can touch, feed and ride an elephant through the tropical jungle of Bali. Celebrate your wedding or vow renewals at the Elephant Park or stay at the luxury Elephant Safari Park Lodge and Wellness Spa. See elephants painting and take home a piece of thereby elephant artwork to help saving this endangered species or, wander through the elephant museum or tropical botanical gardens.
Bali Adventure Tours is currently looking for a young and talented person to fill a position of SALES ADMIN with following requirement below:
- Female with maximum age of 28 years
- Hold diploma degree, preferably graduated from hospitality school
- Energetic, charming and able to work under pressure
- Understand and familiar to handle administration and office filing system
- Able to perform a lot of duties, including keeping an eye on who comes and goes at the same time an eye on the reception area and guest rooms.
- Accountable for appointments and scheduling them properly on the days and times specified, as well as reminding people of these appointments.
- Understand a lot of things about the operations of an office and give information about the same over the phone.
- Pertaining to good communication skills and language skills with the ability to take up roles and responsibilities on a pro-active basis.
- Confident with organizational ability and also possess the capacity to multi-task, often have to take up tasks related to selling.
