Position / Job Role: SCM Administrator Office / Location : Nusa Dua ‒ Bali

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for representing the product information to customers 

• Develop and maintain customer relations to improve the sales

• Responsible for SCM (Supply Chain Management) activities as such: manage and build

  quotes and orders, manage procurement delivery and assignment Process and import

  activities 

• Work with management in resolving customer requirements regarding sales and services.

Qualifications: 

1. Male/ Female, S1 of Economic / English / Administrative , at least in last 2 ‒ 5 years and

    prefer have working experienced

2. Must be self-motivated and goal oriented, excellent team work skill, able to communicate with all levels of the         end user, Fluent English in verbal and written, a bit Mandarin if possible.

3. Office productivity Apps :Outlook, Word, Excel, and another support software for sales or CRM (Customer               Relationship Management) etc.

4. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

5. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to             emails, RFQs, and when submitting reports in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

6. Prefer has own transportation ( motorbike + driver licence - SIM A / C) - Full time job ( Monday ‒ Friday, 8               hours/day ) and prefer for Bali resident.
