Centra Taum Seminyak Bali is conveniently located in the heart of Kerobokan, Seminyak – Balis most renowned leisure and nightlife area. Built in the form of Kampung or village, the property has a distinctive architectural design that blends modern and traditional Balinese influences together. The resort is only a short distance away from the pristine beach and only 9 kilometers from Balis Ngurah Rai International Airport. Three of the most prominent temples in Bali (Besakih, Tanah Lot, and Pura Luhur Uluwatu) are within easy access from the hotel.
To expand our services, Centra Taum Seminyak is searching for passionate, innovative, responsive and engaging person to grow with us with detail as below :
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
· * Preferably between 30 – 35 years old (M/F)
· * Bachelor's Degree in Law or Physiology or related field of study
· * Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in 4 star International Chain hotels
· * Current position as Human Resources Manager or Assistant Human Resources Manager
· * Has good administration skills and computer proficient in MS Office
· * Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, legal issues, manpower rules & regulations, income tax and budgeting
· * Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator
· * Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented
· * Experience dealing with large number of staff
· * Experience dealing with unions and local community
· * Has good understanding of Balinese culture and language
· * Familiar with labor law and permit application (Expatriates, hotel permit, etc)
· * Has good working knowledge of English
· * Able to work under pressure and highly motivated
· * Energetic and great personality
· * Creative, dynamic and innovative
